2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Refund Methods

EasyPaisa & JazzCash: Refund within 5–7 working days.

COD Orders: Refund issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

Refunds are made to the original payer only.
5. Return Shipping

If the error is from our side (damaged/incorrect item), GlowVera covers shipping.

If returning for personal reasons, the customer bears the shipping cost.
6. Exchange Policy
