1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • A valid order number and proof of purchase are required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact info@glowveraskincare.store within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or video evidence

  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Refund Methods

  • EasyPaisa & JazzCash: Refund within 5–7 working days.

  • COD Orders: Refund issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

  • Refunds are made to the original payer only.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the error is from our side (damaged/incorrect item), GlowVera covers shipping.

  • If returning for personal reasons, the customer bears the shipping cost.


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible if the item is available in stock.

  • If unavailable, you may opt for a refund or select another product of equal value.


7. Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Refunds or exchanges are approved only after quality checks are completed.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order will be processed as a return.
